St George plans SAMSON Deep Search EM Survey over Cathedrals Belt

St George Mining Limited has announced plans for a new fixed loop electromagnetic (FLEM) survey using Gap Geophysics' deep search SAMSON system at the Mt Alexander Project in Western Australia.
The primary objective of the new survey is to identify any deep conductors in the Cathedrals Belt below the depth of detection of previous EM surveys. The  new  survey is designed  on a 100m  x  50m  grid and has the potential to detect conductive targets at depths of 500m or more as well as shallow EM conductors  either  associated with known mineralisation or any new conductors.
